Andrew M. Lothian (Andi) is Founding Director of Insights Learning & Development and creator of Insights Discovery and will be our master for this advanced workshop on 8 May.

The day is highly experiential and embraces knowledge about possible type couplets other than the two anticipated as being the most conscious.  Aspects of the shadow, and influences of the inferior attitudinal-function will also be investigated. During the workshop, participants will be able to appraise the outcomes of the Discovery Instrument and their type disposition against their current knowledge and experience of psychological type.

In completing the Discovery Instrument in Dutch or English in advance of the event (Insights Discovery New Generation Workshop questionnaire on-line), each workshop delegate will receive a comprehensive Discovery personal development profile; together with the priority and intensity of all eight of their attitudinal-functions .
