Making Team Work really work

We are pleased to invite you to a free CAPT Webinar event.

Great teams get great results. But as everyone who has tried to improve team performance knows – teamwork is hard work. With that in mind CAPT has a new assessment tool that works well independently or together with the MBTI® assessment and provides a significant advantage for building successful teams. The Klein Group Instrument® for Effective Leadership and Participation in Teams (KGITM) delivers rich, targeted feedback that encourages us to move beyond our independent roles to become a fully functioning member of the whole team.

Learn how the KGI can transform your work life – and take the KGI at no cost. Register for this free webinar today! https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/349516554

Making Teamwork Really Work Using the Klein Group Instrument

Webinar on January 29

This online training session will introduce you to using the KGI assessment to improve the effectiveness of your teams. We'll cover the features and benefits of the KGI's easy access and powerful reporting, as well as how to use the instrument as an individual, as a team member, and with clients.

After you register for this webinar you will receive an email with a code for a free Individual administration of the KGI. Taking the assessment is highly recommended and will prepare you to participate in the question and answer portion of the presentation.

This event will be hosted by the publisher of the instrument, the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT), and presented by the author of the tool, Robert R. Klein.
